Manage vendor applications

Applications land on your event dashboard. Each card shows the vendor's storefront preview, verification status, and average review score so you can decide without clicking through.

Three actions per application

• Accept. Vendor gets a notification + a Showfest message. You then send payment instructions however you collect.
• Decline. Polite auto-decline message goes out — you can add a custom note if you want.
• Message. Open a Showfest DM to ask a question before deciding (size restrictions, certifications, etc.).

What to look for

• Verified badge.Phone-verified + reviewed at least twice. Doesn't mean great, but does mean real.
• Average review score. Across all past shows.
• Reviews from other promoters. Read 2-3 — patterns show up fast.
• Storefront photos. Real booth shots over studio renders. Tells you how they actually present at a show.

Bulk decisions

Once you have 50+ applications, the dashboard adds a multi-select bar. Filter by category, select all in a category, accept-all (you'll confirm). Big shows do this in 20 minutes total.
