Showfest (“Showfest,” “we,” “us”) is operated by oneoverland LLC. This policy describes what we collect, why, and your choices. This is a plain-language summary for our beta — a fuller policy will replace it before general launch.

Information we collect

Account info you provide: name, email, display name, profile details, and optional social links.
Content you submit: events, reviews, discussion posts, photos, and messages.
Usage data: basic analytics (pages viewed, clicks, device type) to improve the product.
Payment data: handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

To run the service — show listings, reviews, and profiles.
To send account, safety, and (if you opt in) product emails.
To process payments for subscriptions and boosts.
To detect fraud, spam, and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

We use Supabase (hosting + database), Stripe (payments), Vercel (web hosting), and OneSignal (push notifications). Each processes limited data on our behalf under their own terms.

Your choices

Edit or delete your profile from your account page.
Unsubscribe from emails from any email we send.
Request full account deletion by emailing admin@oneoverland.com.
