Common questions
What can I do without paying?+
Browse events, read reviews, view shop pages, and read the community feed. You can see map pins, but clicking through for details is a Member feature. Following shops or events requires Membership.
What happens to my vendor profile if my trial ends?+
Nothing is deleted. Your storefront is hidden from the public site until you subscribe. Your shop photos, descriptions, and history wait for you.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from Account → Billing. You keep Member access until the end of your current billing period.
Is there a promoter-only or vendor-only plan?+
Not yet. One simple plan unlocks everything — if we hear demand for role-specific tiers we'll revisit.
Do you charge a cut of booth fees?+
No. Booth fees flow directly between vendor and promoter. Boost placements are optional paid ads for promoters who want extra visibility.
