Terms of Service

Your account

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Content you post

• You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Showfest a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the service.
• Reviews must reflect your own honest experience. No paid reviews, no retaliation, no impersonation.
• Event listings must be real, in-person events you are authorized to promote.
• No harassment, hate speech, illegal content, or spam. We may remove content or accounts that violate these rules.

Acceptable use

Showfest is a curated catalog of events, promoters, and vendors. The compilation — the way listings are organized, enriched, deduplicated, geocoded, and presented — is the intellectual property of oneoverland LLC, even when individual events come from public sources. To keep the catalog useful for everyone, you agree:

• No scraping or automated harvesting. You may not use bots, crawlers, scripts, headless browsers, or any automated process to extract listings, profiles, reviews, or other content from Showfest. Polite indexing by mainstream search engines and AI assistants per our /robots.txt is the only automated access we permit.
• No redistribution or republication. You may not copy, mirror, repost, or otherwise make Showfest content available on any other website, app, dataset, feed, or product without prior written permission. This includes partial extracts and derivative compilations.
• No commercial use of the catalog. The Showfest catalog and its compilation may not be used to build, train, populate, or enrich any other directory, marketplace, lead-generation product, or commercial dataset.
• No interference. No reverse-engineering of internal endpoints, no probing for vulnerabilities, no volumetric requests designed to degrade service for other users.

Violations may result in immediate account termination, an IP or organization-wide block, and — for material or repeat violations — pursuit of legal remedies including injunctive relief and damages. Database rights are reserved.

If you want to access Showfest data programmatically for legitimate research, journalism, or partnership purposes, email admin@oneoverland.com first. We’d rather find a way to say yes than discover a scrape after the fact.

Paid features

Subscriptions and boosts are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew until you cancel from your account. Boosts are one-time charges. Refunds are handled case-by-case — email us if something went wrong.

Disclaimer & liability

Showfest is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee event accuracy, vendor sales, or shopper attendance. To the fullest extent allowed by law, oneoverland LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can close your account anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service at risk.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email.
