These terms govern your use of Showfest, operated by oneoverland LLC. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary for our beta — a fuller agreement will replace it before general launch.
Your account
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Content you post
- You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Showfest a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the service.
- Reviews must reflect your own honest experience. No paid reviews, no retaliation, no impersonation.
- Event listings must be real, in-person events you are authorized to promote.
- No harassment, hate speech, illegal content, or spam. We may remove content or accounts that violate these rules.
Paid features
Subscriptions and boosts are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew until you cancel from your account. Boosts are one-time charges. Refunds are handled case-by-case — email us if something went wrong.
Disclaimer & liability
Showfest is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee event accuracy, vendor sales, or shopper attendance. To the fullest extent allowed by law, oneoverland LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You can close your account anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service at risk.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email.
