Review
Submit for review
Submitting an event takes about 5 minutes. The wizard is split into four short steps so nothing gets lost. You can save and come back — unsubmitted drafts hang out on your account page.
The four steps
- Basics. Event name, category, description, dates, and times. Be specific in the description — this is what shoppers read first.
- Venue. Address, parking notes, accessibility notes. We geocode the address for the map automatically.
- Vendor info. Open to vendor applications? Set booth-fee range, capacity, and whether applications go through Showfest or your own form.
- Review. Read everything one more time, then submit.
What happens next
- Listings get a quick admin review (usually under 24 hours) before going public.
- Once published, your event shows up on Discover, the map, and on the shop/vendor follow feeds for the region.
- You can edit anything except the start date after publishing — date changes require admin re-review.

Listing rules
One submission per event. No duplicates, no listings on behalf of an event you don’t organize, no listings for shows that already happened. We remove duplicates and ghost listings on sight.
