Booth fee
$150 · pay promoter directly
Status
Awaiting paymentShowfest does not process booth fees. Once a promoter accepts your application, they reach out directly with payment instructions — Venmo, Zelle, check, Square link, whatever they prefer.
Why we stay out of the money
- Promoters already have systems they trust. Forcing them onto a new processor would slow acceptance and add fees neither side wants.
- Refund disputes for cancelled shows are between you and the promoter — exactly the way they’d be in person.
- Your $4.99 Membership covers Showfest. Your booth fee covers the show. Two separate things.
What the flow looks like
- You apply to a booth from the event page.
- Promoter reviews and accepts or declines.
- If accepted, you get a Showfest message + an email with payment instructions from the promoter.
- You pay the promoter directly by their preferred method.
- Promoter marks your application paid on their dashboard — your spot is now confirmed.
Always verify the request looks legit before sending money. If something feels off, message the promoter through Showfest first — we log the conversation.
If a show gets cancelled
Refunds are the promoter’s call. Most refund in full or roll your fee to the next event. If you can’t reach them, contact us at admin@oneoverland.com and we’ll help mediate — but we can’t force a refund.
