What happens immediately
- We stop billing you. Your card isn't charged on the next renewal.
- You keep full access until the end of the current billing period.
- Email confirmation goes out with your access end-date and a reactivate link.
What stays
- Your storefrontstays saved. Reactivate and it's instantly live again.
- Your event draftsstay saved. Same — reactivate and you're back where you were.
- Your reviews and postsstay published. They don't belong to the subscription.
- Your follows and followers stay intact.
Pause vs cancel
If you just need a break (winter slow season, life happens), reply to your billing email asking for a pause — we can hold your account for up to 90 days at no charge. After 90 days it auto-resumes billing.
Charged after a cancel? That's a bug, not a policy. Email admin@oneoverland.com and we refund it same-day.
